Meet William
William is the CEO and principle owner of Utah Probate Real Estate Services and is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist certified through U.S. Probate Services, the Nation's Leading Free Consumer Resource on Probate, Conservatorship and Estate Settlement. William has been trained, tested, and certified in the judicial probate process and works within that process to help Trustees, Executors, Administrators, and Conservators in the sale and liquidation of real property assets (homes, land, rental property, etc.) from the estate.
William specializes in providing the experience and help that you require in converting the real property in the estate into the necessary cash assets needed for the estate to satisfy all of the on going expences, debts and financial liabilities that are incurred throughout the process of finalizing the estate. This includes, but is not limited to, a distribution of estate property to provide the needed cash for existing and continuing expenses related to the care of a Conservatee. Or, the final distribution of the estate property to provide cash for the estate expenses of the decedents estate, including cash to the decedents beneficiaries and heirs.
Whether you have a fully funded trust with a will, or a will without a trust, or perhaps there is no trust or will in place at all, if there is real estate in the estate you will find the right process you need to get the estate on track in a timely manner.
William is in his 16th year as a Utah Licensed Professional who has worked with estate owners and their fiduciaries to liquidate real property assets from the estate.
